The execution of the project covers demolition works on old buildings and facilities, dismantling works, removal of old electrical and heating installations, reconstruction of an old hall and construction of a new one. The reconstruction consists of the strengthening of the main steel truss and the reworking of the roof of the existing hangar, as well as the construction of the remaining supporting elements of the metal structure with a special anti-corrosion and flame retardant coating of both hangars. New undercrane and trackways. Underground reinforced concrete ventilation ducts, heating and electrical installation, sprinkler system, fire alarm, BMS, safety system and compressed air system. Curtain walling and thermal insulation panels, supply and installation of hangar doors. Special waterproofing and thermal insulation on the roof and under the flooring, soundproof partitions in the halls. Construction of three office blocks of combined monolithic and prefabricated construction. Enveloping wall masonry with thermal insulation and joinery, double floors, flooring and painting. Construction of internal installations - electrical, plumbing and HVAC.
The site was successfully commissioned in 2012.
