The implemented project is a fourth category building (according to Art. 137, item 4/e/ of the Spatial Planning Law) with the main purpose for storage and production activity, located in RLP XVII-2054 "For production, warehouses, offices and Substation" with a cornice elevation of 15.00 m.
The building is divided into a storage area, a production area and an administrative part.
The warehouse area is located at an elevation of ± 0.00 m and includes a reception and dispatch ramp, a warehouse for storage of dry products and refrigeration facilities for storing goods at different temperature conditions.
To facilitate the movement of personnel and lifting equipment, a fast thermally insulated roller door was installed between the two areas.
On the western façade four doors with sealing sleeves and leveling platforms for truck service and seven section doors for van service are installed.
A conventional racking system has been built for storing the goods.
The production area is located at an elevation of +6,105 m and includes - a "red" meat repacking room and a meat and dairy product repacking center.
The administrative area is located at an elevation of +9.73 m. It has a vestibule-lobby and office spaces.
Vertical communication between the individual levels takes place through two staircases, which are located in separate stairwells and an elevator located in staircase 2.
Stairway 1 serves workers in the warehouse area, production floor and drivers, Stairway 2 serves administrative staff and customers.

The construction of the building is implemented with prefabricated reinforced concrete elements.
The roof is made of sheet metal with a wave height of 153 mm, thermal insulation of hard mineral wool with a thickness of 16 cm and waterproofing PVC membrane - 1.5 mm.
The stairwells are realized through a monolithic reinforced concrete structure and are separated by a structural joint from the prefabricated structure of the warehouse building.
Sheet metal panels with 12 cm thick mineral wool filling and reinforced concrete heat-insulated plinth are installed on the facade. On the inside of the production and administrative area, the facade panels are duplicated with plasterboard walls of a stud construction.
The walls of the refrigerating facilities at elevation of ±0.00m are filled with refrigerating panels with a thickness of 20 cm and with a thickness of 15 cm - according to the temperature regime of the facilities.
The walls in the work rooms on the production floor are made of thermal panels up to the ceiling.
The enclosing walls of the stairwells are filled with brickwork, thermal insulation with a thickness of 10 cm.
The pavement at the height ±0.00 m is polished reinforced concrete.
In order to ensure an accessible environment, according to Ordinance No. rd-02-20-2 of 26.01.2021 on determining the requirements for accessibility and universal design of the elements of the accessible environment in the urbanized territory and of the buildings and facilities, on the territory of the parking lot three parking spaces are provided, located near the administrative entrance of the building.
The following types of installations have been implemented:
- Heating and ventilation
The building is powered by the city heating network. The premises in the production and administrative part are equipped with water pump heating with radiators.
The cooling in the administrative part is with room air conditioners-thermopump system VRV.
The compressor-condenser (external) unit will be installed on the roof of the building.
A room air conditioner has been installed in the server room, and in the Expedition, Meat Rracking room, Repackaging Center and Changing rooms - common exhaust and fresh air ventilation.
- WSS
The water intake for the property is carried out by a newly designed street water pipe  with diameter 110-РЕ, with an available pressure at the water intake point of 40.70 m.
The building sewage is implemented as a separate:
-rainwater is drained through vertical downpipes
-domestic waste water is led through vertical sewer branches and buried horizontal sewer to an inspection shaft outside the building;
- technological waste water is taken outside the building, cleaned locally of grease, then discharged to the site sewer.
Suspended sewerage is performed by reinforced PPR pipes.
Buried sewerage below elevation ±0.00 is performed by reinforced PPR pipes
- Electrical installation
The site's external power supply is carried out from the Substation through a pipe network with CABT type cables. At elevation -2.95, the main distribution board is installed.
The building has the following electrical installations: Electrical switchboards and power lines; Lighting and power installations; Low current installation; Earthing installation; Lightning protection installation.


The facility has been successfully put into operation in June 2024.
