The logistics center of Penny Market is located in the village of Stolnik, Elin Pelin municipality. The building houses offices, logistics and warehousing facilities. There are different functional areas - cold storage, storage for dry products, waste recycling area, as well as loading platforms. Conventionally, the logistics facility can be considered in three areas - main building, pass building and on-site facilities.
Main building
In the main building there are separate areas for communication, dispatching, service and landscaping. It is divided into several construction volumes (A, B, C, D), E and D. It consists of three main functional units: dry products warehouse; refrigeration area; waste recycling unit. The structure is a single storey, frame, precast concrete structure. Two intermediate levels are implemented between the J and K axes. The following precast reinforced concrete elements have been fabricated: cup-shaped foundations; columns; capitals; beams for 2T panels; floor 2T panels; facade beams. All deliveries and installation works for the following types of installations have been completed:
- Electrical installations
- HVAC installations
- Plumbing installations
Access building
It is located at the beginning of the plot. From this checkpoint control of trucks entering and leaving the complex is carried out, as well as round-the-clock security of the complex. The building has a security alarm system, fire alarm system and command of the site lighting for night control. The building is designed with reinforced concrete construction and non-load bearing brick walls. Intermittent thermopane aluminum windows with white glass glazing will be used for glazing. The roof will be flat with no canopy and external drainage at the north wall of the building with a roof funnel. There is a metal canopy over the building and inspection area.
