The completed project is a single storey building with a partial intermediate level (mezzanine) and a maximum height of 10.20m from the average elevation of the adjacent terrain. There are three functional zones - Commercial Zone, Storage Zone and Service Zone.

Commercial area
The commercial zone is the largest in terms of area and is accessible to customers. It consists of
          - Main shopping hall with "Garden" sector - 7074,02 sq.m.
          - Construction Hall - 810,92 sq.m.
          - Sanitary warehouse - 255,72 sq.m.
          - Area for cutting of wooden panels - 128,73 sq.m.
Customer access to the Main Sales Hall, which has a direct connection to the Construction Hall and the storage area, is from the main entrance of the building.

Storage area
In the storage area there are warehouses for goods with an area of 2489.57 sq.m., service rooms - for the receiver and technician, a bathroom and a cloakroom for people with disabilities, vertical communication - staircase providing access for service to the roof of the building.
Service area
The service area is located in the two-storey part of the building, on both sides of the main entrance.

The structure of the building is designed with prefabricated reinforced concrete elements. Only the two-storey part is of monolithic, beamed, reinforced concrete construction.
The roof is constructed with a layered installation of LT sheeting and two layers of 8cm solid mineral wool. TPO waterproofing is laid on top. In the roof plane there are lighting strips with openable parts for daily ventilation and smoke extraction. The floor structure on the main level is reinforced concrete flooring, that on the intermediate level at elevation +3,675 is monolithic - levelling cement mortar and granite tiles. The floor structure on the intermediate level in the storage area is steel with a sheet concrete slab.
The staircases in the service area near the main entrance of the building are of monolithic, reinforced concrete construction. The staircase providing service access to the roof of the building is of metal construction.
The façade walls are constructed with horizontal mineral wool panels 12 cm thick and 100 cm wide. The internal partition walls are made of plasterboard, and for fire protection walls it has the appropriate degree of fire resistance. The building complies with all fire safety regulations. The landscaping and vertical layout specified in the project has been implemented. There are 200 parking spaces in the car park, 8 of which are for disabled persons.
The site was successfully commissioned in April 2024.
