The project involves the construction of new production halls 14 and 15 with the aim of expanding the client's production capacity.  
Hall 14 is 47.0 m wide and 54.0 m long, while Hall 15 is 49.9 m wide and 133.4 m long. Hall 14 has 6 independent work areas, while Hall 15 has 7. There are also administrative and sanitary facilities, as well as a recreation area. The facades are finished with Hipertec Wall Ral 5017 and Ral 9002 panels. Novoferm sectional and industrial doors are installed. The floor in both halls is covered with 22 cm thick industrial polished concrete flooring.
 The structure of both halls is double-aisled with a central axis in the middle in a ratio of 23.0 m to 23.0 m., realized with prefabricated reinforced concrete elements, as follows:

  • Foundation cups for columns with a cross-section of 80/80
  • Prefabricated columns with H=14÷15 m
  • Crane beams – installed at a height of 7.52 m (Hall 14) and at a height of 8.75 m (Hall 15)
  • Secondary beams (chairs) with L=10÷24 m
  • Plinths with dimensions L=2.50÷6.30 m and H=0.70÷1.20 m

The roof of the halls is made of layered LT sheet metal, rock wool and  foil. Natural roof lighting is achieved through the installation of arched roof hatches.
For the implementation of the vertical layout, 3500 sq.m. of asphalt concrete pavement has been laid. 

The following types of installations are performed:

  • Plumbing  - site and building water supply network
  • Electrical - supply and installation of Schneider Electric main electrical panels, construction of lighting and power installations
  • HVAC – supply and installation of EURCEK radiant heating system;  supply and installation of intake and exhaust ventilation  system
  • Fire alarm system installed by Panasonic

The facility was successfully put into operation on December 4, 2024.
