The building consists of two volumes conditionally divided according to their function - a warehouse for distribution of food and industrial goods and a commercial building. Separate accesses are organized - for loading and dispatch of the warehouse, loading of the commercial building, service entrances for the staff, entrance/exit for customers of the commercial building, parking. The construction is made of prefabricated and monolithic reinforced concrete elements, the external walls are with facade panels and the internal walls with partition plasterboard walls or brick walls. The architectural works include the execution of facade and roof works, floorings and ceilings, windows in the storage and commercial areas. Concrete paving and roads, landscaping and vertical planning have been completed on site. Necessary building and site plumbing, electrical, heating and ventilation, air conditioning and individual gas boiler installations have been installed.
The site was successfully commissioned in 2011.
