Building, site water supply and substation

The project covers the construction of a new production building within the property of FESTO PRODUCTION EOOD.
The main building of the new development is constructed on three levels, with a communicative connection between the different levels by three hydraulic lifts /two transport and one for staff/ and two staircases, which are also used for evacuation. The main access for workers into the building is via a bridge connecting the existing site and the building. In the part where the new building is adjacent to the existing building, the warm connection between the two buildings is also implemented, allowing the two buildings to function both independently and inseparably from each other.
The three-storey shell of the production building is realized with a load-bearing structure of prefabricated reinforced concrete elements. The low single-storey body is made with a load-bearing reinforced concrete monolithic structure. The reinforced concrete roof structure is made of prefabricated main and secondary beams, and on top of them is a layered installation of trapezoidal sheet metal with vapour barrier, mineral wool insulation and PVC waterproofing foil. The flooring is made of polished concrete with epoxy coating.
All supplies and installation works have been carried out on the following parts: electrical, plumbing, HVAC and automation, BMS installation, vertical planning, landscaping, fire protection and fire alarm. 
The project has been successfully commissioned and is operational without any comments from the Investor.
