Warehouse for storage of goods and substation

Technical indicators:

The site is a warehouse building divided into two main parts:
- High storage area - single volume area with a height of 14.00 m
- Three-storey part for service activities, including an area for preparation, reception and dispatch of shipments, areas for administrative and service staff, utility rooms, technical rooms.
The warehouse building has a wall enclosure of thermal insulation panels with mineral wool filling 12 cm wide. The main supporting structure is prefabricated, composed of precast reinforced concrete columns, main prestressed beams and capitals. In the administration area, the floor structure of the intermediate levels is made with prefabricated pre-stressed Spirol type hollow blocks. The roof is executed with layered installation of roofing sheet, vapour barrier, thermal insulation wool and PVC waterproofing membrane. Smoke extraction domes and skylights were installed to provide day lighting in the warehouse part of the building. All the works on the plumbing part have been implemented. An underground 366 cubic metre fire reservoir has also been constructed.
The facility has been successfully commissioned and is operational without any comments from the Investor.
