The current project is the construction of a storage building with offices, a sump pit and a holding tank. The building has an elongated shape in an east-west direction with overall dimensions of 128/46 m for the main warehouse building with offices and is located in the northern part of the property. There is provision for truck parking and unloading for vans on the north and south elevations of the new warehouse and side canopy parking to the east and west, which defines the formation of loading bays on all sides of the building and a circulation route for trucks.
The warehouse area consists of a common space for storage and operation. In the main warehouse, sufficient free area is provided for cross-dock operation, as well as the possibility of floor and rack storage, according to the investor's requirements. There are two areas for warehousing - main and supportive /additional/. Worker service rooms, technical rooms and operational offices are provided to each of the storage areas at +0.00 elevation. At elevation +5.10, areas are provided for the administrative and commercial management of the warehousing activity.  The administrative premises are partitioned with light walls according to the Knauf system. At the end of the connecting corridor there are café areas. A visual connection to the warehouse is provided from the same corridor. The structure of the main building is entirely made of prefabricated reinforced concrete elements. The roof consists of reinforced concrete main beams located along the digital axes and secondary capitals longitudinally on the volume, as well as steel reinforcing horizontal X-connections. The roof has a layered installation of roof sheeting, stone wool and waterproofing slopes of 2% and internal drainage - gable for the main warehouse and single gable over the office area. The foundations are monolithic with precast reinforced concrete foundations.
The inter-storey construction is made of prefabricated reinforced concrete panels of the "spirol" type with a concrete wall. A secondary façade steel structure is provided to form the openings and strengthen the façade system of thermal panels - mainly with horizontal installation. Prefabricated plinth panels have been designed along the entire building contour to the site without additional thermal insulation. Metal canopies are designed on all facades of the building. The flooring in the warehouse areas and other areas of the level +/-0,00 is dispersion reinforced concrete with seal for the receiving and shipping areas, storage, plant, lobbies, offices, locker rooms and break areas of the level 0,00. In the sanitary and wet rooms the flooring is granite. The offices are designed with carpet flooring and the communal areas for corridors, lounges and dining areas at level +5,10 are provided with high class PVC flooring.
The facade is performed with thermal panels for horizontal hidden installation and with a core of PUR and thickness - 10 cm in two colors RAL 9010 and RAL 7016. The facade panels and all openings in them are strengthened on a secondary metal structure by facade guides. The glazing is made of aluminum joinery with an interrupted thermal bridge, triplex glazing, solar protection for the windows to the office areas from the south. All types of delivery and installation activities have been carried out in terms of electricity, HVAC, plumbing, fire alarm and fire extinguishing, landscaping and geodesy.
The facility was commissioned in September 2023.
