ESCO TRADE Ltd. nominated MIKS-CONSTRUCTION Ltd. to perform the construction of a production building for industrial catering. The building is rectangular in shape with dimensions of 63.65 m by 40.3 m. The production part is single-storey, with a partial second storey built in the end construction fields along the entire periphery of the southern and eastern facades. On the second floor are administrative, domestic and service administrative premises. On the ground floor are located the production activities, as well as complementary storage, utility and technical premises. The façade is executed with composite façade panels with mineral wool. On the façade are installed 2 pcs of sliding doors with hot-dip galvanized panels. The roof is executed with a layered installation of high profile sheet T153-280-840, rigid mineral wool and PVC membrane. The internal partitions of the cold rooms are made of self-supporting polyurethane panels of different thicknesses. Sliding refrigerator doors of dimensions 1600/2400 mm are installed. In all production and storage rooms, the flooring is made of polished concrete or polyurethane-cement flooring with a high degree of wear resistance. The structure of the building is made of prefabricated reinforced concrete elements - columns, beams and cup-shaped foundations. The roof structure is made with steel trusses. All supplies and works for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, fire alarm and fire fighting, vertical planning and landscaping have been completed.
The site has been successfully commissioned. The construction and installation works have been carried out professionally and in accordance with the current regulations in the Republic of Bulgaria.
