Technical indicators:

  • Plot area 46 646 sq.m.
  • Total Build-up area 13176,02 sq.m.
  • Build-up area 11061,03 sq.m.
  • Vertical planning: 11 400 sq.m.
  • Landscaping: 4500 sq.m.

The first stage of construction, started in 2009, covers the construction of an office building and logistics halls.  The warehouses have an approximate total area of 5200 sq.m. and the office building is on three floors with underground level and warm connection - approx. 3700 sq.m. The facade of the warehouse part is constructed up to the elevation of +3,50 m from prefabricated reinforced concrete panels and from the elevation of +3,50 m up to the roof with thermal insulation panels. The administrative building is monolithic with three floors above ground and one underground. The facade of the administrative building is made with a curtain wall and high quality windows. The interior is executed with various floor coverings /granite, carpet tiles, parquet, granite, PVC flooring, polished concrete/, suspended ceilings with dropped board, glass interior partitions. Installation works include power and lighting electrical, low current wiring, fire alarm, plumbing, sprinkler system with tank. External electrical supply and external plumbing connections have been made. The vertical layout is completed with concrete paving, marking and landscaping.
Stage 1 was successfully commissioned in 2010.
Stage 2 covers the construction of a distribution and storage hall with a total newly built-up area of 3935 sq.m. and a 380 cubic meter fire fighting tank.
The structure consists of ready-mixed reinforced concrete precast elements: columns with dimensions 75/75 cm and 60/60 cm, prestressed reinforced concrete main beams and reinforced concrete secondary beams in between. For additional reinforcement in the façade and roof planes, where necessary, additional metal structures are provided - to reinforce the façade panels and as wind-resistant connections in the roof structure. Industrial floors of 20 cm thick ground dispersion reinforced concrete flooring have been constructed. The facades of the two halls up to elevation +3,50 m are made with 32 cm prefabricated reinforced concrete sandwich panels with internal thermal insulation. Above them sandwich panels consisting of load-bearing metal cassettes, vapour barrier, mineral wool insulation d=120 mm and facade sheeting are installed. A gable roof with a 3% slope has been constructed.  LAMILUX F100 flue domes are installed on the roof. The sprinkler tank is made with reinforced concrete construction with waterproofing.
Stage 2 was successfully commissioned in 2018.
