The public complex is intended for television-cinematographic and staging activities. Two main buildings have been constructed, with a total of five multifunctional halls with a light opening of up to 30 m, which are served by an administrative part - offices, utility rooms, storage areas, technical premises. The total area of the halls and studios amounts to 4300 sq.m., while the administrative areas occupy an area of 5100 sq.m. and are located on two floors included in the total volume of the buildings. The layout contains working and organisational offices, meeting rooms, control rooms, equipment rooms, sound and picture monitoring rooms, audience rooms, lounges and public areas, a catering hall, utility rooms and toilets, storage rooms. The technical rooms house the electrical boards and GRT, UPS, server rooms, BMS, boiler plant, air conditioning control.
The load-bearing structure of the buildings is performed with prefabricated reinforced concrete elements. Metal structures - roof connections, intermediate floor structures, facade columns and envelope elements are also executed. The façade walls are made of reinforced concrete panels in combination with external thermal insulation and metal polyurethane panels. The roof covering is sheet metal and insulation layers. The interior architectural works include the execution of multi-layered plasterboard partition walls, double floors, suspended ceilings, acoustic panels in the studios, acoustic interior doors, floor coverings, furniture.
Plumbing, electrical and HVAC portions of the project include - building systems, fire alarm, UPS and diesel generators, air conditioning, building plumbing and drainage, roof drainage. External connections, external power supply with cable route and two transformer substations have been completed. Vertical planning, service roads and parking lots, landscaping.
