Production building №2 to an enterprise for production of parts for the automotive industry

The site is a production building divided into three main parts: 
Office building - reception lobby; administrative offices; server room; sanitary facilities.
Production area - located behind the administration area and composed of three main sectors - workshop for assembling automotive lights, warehouse area for storing spare parts and area for preparing deliveries and dispatching
Warehouse - located in a separate hall for the storage of production tools.
The scope of performance of MIKS-CONSTRUCTION Ltd. includes the activities summarized below:
- The production building is made with prefabricated reinforced concrete structure - columns on single foundations and concrete beams, monolithic foundation wall beams and secondary beams, respectively 13.20 m and 12.00 m. The roof is made with layered installation of profile sheet 150mm, two layers of mineral wool – 16 cm /100+60 mm/ and PVC membrane - 1.8 mm. 
- For the purpose of quality smoke extraction on the roof are installed flue hatches - double-leaf with pneumatic actuation and unopenable for natural lighting
- The façade is executed by installing HIPERTEC WALL façade panels with thicknesses of 80 cm, 100 cm and 120 cm and Rockwool insulation.
- Metal doors and loading ramps are installed on the façade.
- The walls for the internal separation of the production from the service rooms, the spare parts warehouse and the mould warehouse are made of certified panels -100 mm, of MB, with REI-120, due to the different classes and functional fire hazard category of the adjacent rooms.
- A Geberit Pluvia suspended vacuum sewer has been installed to drain rainwater from the roof of the building, with horizontal branches and downspout verticals to the existing site sewer. There are also emergency overflows across the board on the northeast and southwest elevations for emergency stormwater discharge. 
- Vertical layout and excavation works on the landscaping section have been completed
The site was commissioned in 2022 and is functioning without remarks.
