The scope of the project includes the construction of a building with a commercial and administrative part. The commercial part is divided into three main functional areas: commercial area; storage area and service area. 
The commercial area is the main part of the building area and consists of: 
    - The main commercial hall with the "Garden" sector with an area of 4748,5 sq.m.
    - Construction Hall with an area of 809,8 sq.m.
The storage area consists of a warehouse for goods with an area of 1934,8 sq.m. Above the service warehouse premises at elevation +3,00 is designed a storage area for packaging, which is accessible by the staircase. The service area is located in the two-storey part of the building on both sides of the main entrance, with an intermediate level at elevation +3,50 m within the height of the Commercial Area. 
The construction is made with precast reinforced concrete elements. The two-storey part is designed with monolithic, reinforced concrete and beam construction.
The roof is made of LT sheet, on which two layers of 8 cm. hard mineral wool and TRO waterproofing are laid. Lighting strips are formed with openable parts for ventilation and fume extraction.
The floor structure of the intermediate level at elevation +3,50 m is monolithic and reinforced concrete. It is covered with levelling cement mortar and granite tiles on adhesive mortar.  The floor structure on the main level is reinforced concrete flooring on a rammed embankment. The façade walls are "sandwich" mineral wool panels 12 cm thick and 100cm wide. 
The building complies with all fire safety regulations.
The site has been successfully commissioned.
