The site is a warehouse building divided into two main parts: 
High storage area - a single-volume area with a height of 13.05 m, including an area for the preparation, reception and dispatch of shipments.
Three-storey part for service activities, areas for administrative and service staff, utility rooms, technical rooms. The project also includes facilities such as a security cabin, underground fire tank, transformer station, diesel generator and water meter shaft. 
The scope of work of MIKS-CONSTRUCTION Ltd. includes the following summarized activities by parts:
Architecture: the warehouse building has a wall enclosure of thermal insulation panels with mineral wool filling 12 cm wide. The roof is constructed with a layered installation of T153-280-840 roofing sheet, vapour barrier, 50 mm thermal insulation wool covering a 100mm layer and PVC waterproofing membrane, with smoke domes installed to provide day lighting in the warehouse part of the building. 
Structure: the main supporting structure is precast, comprising precast reinforced concrete columns, floor beams, floor panels, main prestressed beams and secondary beams. In the administration area, the floor structure of the intermediate levels is made with prefabricated prestressed “Spirol” hollow blocks. Steel substructures supporting the façade enclosure, roof X-braces and bracing for openings have been completed. The concrete pavement is dispersion reinforced with high strength steel fibers. Underground fire tank with a useful volume of 117 cubic metres, built using PENETRON watertight technology. Vacuum roof drainage system and emergency overflows are installed.

The site has been successfully commissioned.
