The project covers the construction of a single storey building with a partial intermediate level. The building is divided into three main functional areas: commercial, warehouse and service.
The commercial zone is the main part of the building area and consists of: 
    - The main commercial hall with the garden sector with an area of 5847,7 sq.m.
    - Construction Hall with an area of 706,9 sq.m.
The storage area consists of a warehouse for goods with an area of 1393,6 sq.m. 
The service area is located in the two-storey part of the building on both sides of the main entrance. Within the height of the Commercial Zone there is a separate intermediate level at elevation +3,50. 
The construction is made with prefabricated reinforced concrete elements. 
The roof is made of LT sheet, on which two layers of 8 cm. hard mineral wool and PVC waterproofing are laid. The fire resistance of the roof covering is EI45. Lighting strips are formed with openable parts for ventilation and smoke extraction. 
The floor structure of the intermediate level at elevation +3,50 is monolithic and reinforced concrete. It is covered with levelling cement mortar and granite tiles on adhesive mortar. 
The floor structure on the main level is a ground reinforced concrete flooring, on a rammed embankment. The façade walls are 12 cm thick and 100 cm wide mineral wool 'sandwich' panels, fixed horizontally to the main structure of the building, with EI30 fire resistance.  The building complies with all fire safety regulations.
The project has been successfully commissioned.
