The project is a warehouse-logistics complex for temporary storage, grouping and preparation for shipment of various types of courier shipments. It was constructed between 2004 and 2019 in six separate construction phases. The individual buildings are characterized by typical design solutions.
Earthworks and monolithic concrete works have been carried out. The construction of the buildings is executed with prefabricated reinforced concrete elements - columns, main and secondary beams. In the construction of intermediate levels, floor panels of "spirol" type were used. On the roofs, steel strengthening structures are installed on the roof and on the facade. Fencing with facade panels has been implemented. The roof covering is sheet metal, thermal insulation and waterproofing. For the buildings in all stages, installation works on the plumbing, sprinkler system, electrical installation parts have been completed. Vertical planning, landscaping, site plumbing and electrical networks have been completed.
