The building consists of three conditionally divided volumes according to their function - logistics centre (stage 1); administrative and residential part (stage 2); transport lane (stage 3).
The logistics centre (stage 1) is a single storey hall without basement with a cornice height of 11.00 m. The building consists of nine structurally separated blocks, eight of which form the area for the temporary storage of finished products, and the ninth has complex functions - administrative, residential, warehouse, technical. There is a second level with a metal structure above the loading and unloading area. The metal structure extends in front of the façade plane and forms a canopy over the loading and unloading ramps. The supporting structure of the building is precast reinforced concrete. The roof is made of prefabricated main and secondary beams. The industrial floor is of the polished concrete type with an area of 29 500 sq.m.
The administrative and residential part (stage 2) is located on the north-west side of the Logistics Centre and is a two-storey building with reinforced concrete beamless construction and a monolithic staircase for connection between the levels. The two levels of the administration area are separated by a firewall from the rest of the building.
A transport lane (stage 3) is built to connect to the existing production building, which has two entrances to the logistics hall. The lane is covered and raised to min +4.50 m from the design grade to allow vehicles to pass underneath.
The overall architectural appearance of the building is clean and in keeping with the Client's requirements.
The logistics centre was successfully commissioned in 2015.
