Logistics building with administrative part and underground parking of "DHL Bulgaria" Ltd.

The construction is of the 1st category, according to the nomenclature of the types of constructions and its realization included the design and construction of the buildings and the adjacent infrastructure in all parts, including the external connections in two stages:
Stage 1 - Terminal Building; Underground Parking; Underground Fire Reservoir, Pumping Station, Technical Rooms, Ground Sleeves - Fingers 3 pcs, Checkpoint 2 pcs, Site Infrastructure, Roads, Pavements, Parking Lots, Fencing, Gates and Landscaping.
Stage 2 - Administration building and offices - mezzanine in the Terminal and adjacent infrastructure
The structure of the hall is made with prefabricated reinforced concrete elements - columns, beams and slabs. The roof is constructed of reinforced concrete support beams and a layered assembly of trapezoidal sheeting, mineral wool and PVC membrane.
The construction of the administrative building is monolithic reinforced concrete. The roof is implemented of reinforced concrete slab, slope concrete, protective geotextile, roofing and waterproofing membrane, 140 mm XPS thermal insulation, filtering geotextile and heavy protection of washed river gravel or so-called inverted flat roof.
The main activity of the logistics facility consists of receiving or dispatching shipments by TIR or directly by airplane from the north side of the complex, sorting and distributing accordingly in the main hall and shipping/receiving to the end customers. The building is permanently occupied.
The project was successfully commissioned in two phases within 3 calendar months.
