Expansion of production capacity for liquid dosage forms

The newly designed building is located in the complex of the investor company - Balkanpharma Troyan JSC.  The extension of the production capacity is developed from the west of the existing transport corridor. Through the corridor, the new building is supplied with raw and packaging materials and the finished products are exported to the central warehouse. The building consists of a high and two low units. The high body is entirely made of precast reinforced concrete elements - columns, interstorey and roof beams, capitals, 2T panels with an elevation of +4.50. The low buildings are made of monolithic reinforced concrete. The roof is executed by the method of layered installation - of profiled sheet metal, PE foil with a thickness of 0.4 mm, two layers of hard thermal insulation slabs of stone wool. The roof drainage is vacuum. The facades are made of sandwich panels similar to the existing ones.
All new interior walls and cladding are plasterboarded using the Knauf system. The flooring in the new rooms is self-leveling epoxy, laid on polished concrete /20cm/ without sealing coating. Suspended ceilings are filled with plasterboard.  The following building services and diversions have been constructed:
- Plumbing Water Supply for Fire Fighting. External and internal sewerage for the whole building. 
- HVAC for the 1st stage area only
- Electrical: Electrical room at elevation 0.00 and +4.50. Power, lighting and low current installations for the area. Earthing loop, lightning protection installation and facade lighting for the whole building.
The building was commissioned in 2016.
