Awards: The building won an award in the category "Production and logistics buildings" at the national competition "Building of the Year" in 2019.
Stage 1
The subject of this project was the complete engineering and construction by MIKS-CONSTRUCTION Ltd. of a new logistics center for JYSK BUL EOOD. On the territory of the logistics center are located: three logistics buildings (FA1, FA2, FA3) separated by a dilatation joint, an intake area (IA), an internet trading area (CDC), a technological transport corridor (TA), two high-clearance warehouses (HB) and an Administration Building. There are also ancillary facilities on the site: such as a Gateway Building with welfare facilities, Boiler House, Fire Tanks with adjacent pump house, service car park, buffer car park, container parks, four transformer substations and a building with medium voltage switchgear, Bicycle Shed and Smoking Shed, underground reinforced concrete tank for rainwater harvesting.
The construction /except for the high clearance buildings and tanks for PP needs/ is designed and performed with precast reinforced concrete elements - columns, main beams and secondary beams. The intermediate slabs are reinforced concrete "spirol" panels and "TT" panels. The facade reinforced concrete precast plinth panels with built-in thermal insulation are executed. The precast reinforced concrete structure of the site is 18 027 cubic metres. The façade substructure as well as the roof connections and reinforcements are made of steel. The two high-clearance warehouses have plan dimensions of 166.40/54.80 m and a height to board elevation of 42.45 m. The foundation slabs and the prefabricated plinth facade panels of the high clearance warehouses are by MIKS-CONSTRUCTION Ltd. Subsequent construction of metal racking, also acting as a supporting structure, facade and roof, are to be executed by a subcontractor nominated by the Investor.
Together with our long-standing partners, we have successfully completed all the works on the architecture, HVAC, building and site plumbing networks, fire fighting, electrical installation, BMS installation, vertical planning and infrastructure, landscaping and irrigation system.
The project was commissioned in phases such that each preceding phase was completed and subsequent phases were organized so as not to impede the evacuation of people from the commissioned sub-projects.

Stage 2
At the end of 2021, we again won the trust of JYSK BUL EOOD and started the construction of the second stage of the implementation of the Distribution Center Bojurishte in the village of Gurmazovo.
A new FA building (FA4) with adjacent infrastructure has been constructed, on the territory of which are located a portal, a sprinkler substation including a fire tank, a rest room, sanitary facilities, a technical room and protective corridors. The external works were related to the construction of new and reconstruction of existing facilities, linear networks and infrastructure - roads, sidewalks, electrical networks, plumbing, HVAC, vertical planning and landscaping. During construction, the work process in the main logistics centre, completed in 2019, was not disturbed.
The building was commissioned in October 2022.
