The project includes the construction of the main building with shops and warehouses, as well as an additional warehouse building. The building is divided into the following main functional areas: 
M1 - Technopolis
Service area Technopolis 
The zone consists of - office-internet sales; security office; domestic premises for staff; administrative office and training room; technical premises. The premises in this zone are arranged over two floors, with the main volume divided by a massive inter-storey structure on two levels.
Technopolis Shopping Hall 
Located entirely on an elevation of ±0.00 on an area of 2950 sq.m., it is a single volume with a clear height of 4.4 m below the luminaires. 
Technopolis warehouse with loading and unloading ramp
The warehouse serving the store is located on two levels - elevation ±0.00 with an area of 917 sq.m. and elevation +5.20 with an area of 834 sq.m. The clear height on the first level is 4.80 m and on the second level 4.20-3.60 m below the roof structure rafters. In the areas between the rafters the height to the roof sheeting varies from 4.60 m to 5.10 m. In the warehouse at elevation ±0.00, next to the loading and unloading ramps, there is an enclosed goods receiving room which functionally serves it.
M2 - Pet shop
The area includes - a sales hall; a veterinary pharmacy with a warehouse and a separate entrance; an area for animals (the area is part of the sales hall and has natural overhead lighting); a warehouse area; offices
M3 - Shop for industrial goods
Consists of a sales hall with fitting rooms, including wheelchair access and staff toilet with an entrance hall. 
M4 - Industrial goods shop (travel equipment and clothing)
Comprising a salesroom and staff bathroom with an entrance hall.
M5 - Café
Located in the south west of the building with a private entrance.
The construction of the building is designed with prefabricated, reinforced concrete. The two-storey area, located in the first mezzanine, as well as the warehouse have a monolithic reinforced concrete floor structure. The roof is made of prefabricated reinforced concrete beams.
The façade walls are made of sandwich panels with mineral wool filling and the gates with etalbond. In the main entrance area of the Technopolis store there is a decorative accent in the form of a portal, which is made with etalbond cladding and glazing, a type of curtain walling. The building has a polished, reinforced, concrete pavement throughout. In the Technopolis shopping hall, PVC or carpet flooring is laid over it. In the Technopolis sales hall and warehouse the installations are visible. All the specified works on electrical, plumbing, surveying, landscaping have been completed.
The assigned works were executed and completed professionally with high quality and in accordance with European requirements, with very good organization and compliance with the agreed deadlines.
