Awards: The building won an award in the category "Buildings with elements of green architecture" at the national competition "Building of the Year" in 2014.
The subject of the project is the complete execution of a building and its adjacent infrastructure. The civil works have been carried out on all parts.
The supporting structure of the building is precast reinforced concrete, executed with columns, prestressed reinforced concrete beams and secondary beams. The intermediate floor structure - beams and prestressed reinforced concrete panels type "spirol" 40 cm thick and reinforced concrete slab. The façade, the horizontal roof connections, the steel stairs and the reinforcement of the openings are executed with metal construction. Monolithic reinforced concrete construction was executed at the foundations, the construction of the office part, the evacuation ladder, the ramp and the monoliths above the floor panels, the outdoor reinforced concrete tank and the fire tank. The facade walls are polyurethane sandwich panels. The roof is a layered installation of sheet metal, thermal insulation and PVC waterproofing membrane. All types of finishing works have been realized on the part of architecture, electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, fire alarm and fire-fighting. A photovoltaic installation has been installed on the roof. The realized project meets BREEAM criteria for ecological and sustainable construction - level of assessment Very Good.
